1. Who do you sell tattoo supplies to?
We only sell tattoo supplies to licensed professionals who work in licensed studios. You must meet both criteria to do business with BTS. For more information, please click on the following link - Professionals only policy.
2. Where are you located in Indiana?
Local pickup is available at Bananafish Tattoo Parlour: 421 State St, New Albany, IN, 47150.
3. What are your hours of operation?
Tues-Sat, 2pm-6pm.
4. How do Envy needles by TATSoul compare to Kingpin’s needles?
Based on feedback from customers, TATSoul’s Envy needles run a size smaller than Kingpin’s.
5. Bananafish Tattoo Supply doesn’t carry something I need, now what?
You can reach out to us the following ways: email- bananafishtat2supply@gmail.com, the Contact Us page on the website, or by filling out the form provided at the bottom of the Manufacturer’s page for this specific purpose. Furthermore, you can reach out to us via Instagram or Facebook. We will work to get you the supplies and brands you require.
6. My studio orders supplies from Bananafish Tattoo Supply, how can we get you to showcase our work on social media?
Follow us on social media, then tag us with #btstattoosupply and we just may showcase your work on our page. Thank you for your business and support!
7. Equipment that I’ve purchased from BTS has stopped working. What should I do?
Step 1: Save the defective piece of equipment
Step 2: Contact us any of the ways mentioned in #5
If we have the item(s) in-stock, we will do a straight trade with you. If not in-stock, we will work as quickly as possible to make sure that you get a new replacement and will follow-up with you frequently until such time.
*Please note, we must receive the defective piece of equipment in order to do exchanges. No exceptions!
Shipping
Shipping is available via UPS Ground throughout the U.S.
The below map is a general representation of UPS Ground transit times.
Please note, orders received by 2PM EST Monday - Friday will generally make it into the Ground sort that night*.
We currently only do business within the United States. Sorry for the inconvenience.
